Remember the first time your parents brought you to Acadia National Park for vacation? Well, it's still the way you remember it here in Southwest Harbor. That's why we call it the Real Maine here on Acadia’s Quiet Side.

Step back in time aboard the Schooner Rachel B. Jackson as we sail among the Cranberry Islands and Somes Sound. Enjoy the breath taking vistas of Acadia National Park. Sit back and relax or help raise the sails and steer the boat. Make sure to keep an eye out for the wildlife that makes this area its home. Catch a glimpse of seals, porpoise, ospreys, or even an eagle. There is always something exciting happening on the Maine coast.

The Rachel B. Jackson is Coast Guard Inspected and Certified to carry 30 passengers. Her U.S.C.G. Licensed Master and professional crew have many years of sailing experience.

The Rachel B. Jackson sails daily from Beal's Lobster Pier on Clark Point road in Southwest Harbor, Maine. Sailing times are 10:00 AM ~ 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM for the Sunset Sail.

Sailing Adventures are approximately 2 and 1/2 hours in duration.

We have reduced our day sail prices for 2008.
